6.2 Globes Enterprises does not control third-party services and is not liable for outages, changes, failures, pricing adjustments, security incidents, or discontinuation caused by third parties.
6.3 Third-party services are subject to their own terms and conditions.
Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public, proprietary, or confidential information received from the other party and to use such information solely for purposes of service delivery, unless disclosure is required by law or permitted in writing.
This obligation survives termination of Services.
8.1 Globes Enterprises processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
8.2 The Client remains the data controller and is solely responsible for compliance with applicable data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity laws relating to its systems, users, and data.
8.3 Globes Enterprises does not provide legal or regulatory compliance guarantees unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
All Services and website content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, unless expressly stated in writing.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the US, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction shall lie in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
